Website terms of use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms explain how you may use rocxtertravel.co.uk and its public information pages. They concern the website itself. A holiday booking is governed by the separate terms supplied for that booking.

1. About Rocxter and ITE

Rocxter Travel is a member of Independent Travel Experts Ltd (ITE), company number 07701813, a company incorporated in England and Wales. ITE’s registered address is The Travel Network Group, St Andrews House, West Street, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6EB.

Rocxter provides travel advice and planning as an independent ITE agent. References to “we” and “us” on this website mean Rocxter Travel unless a section expressly identifies ITE or another provider. ITE’s data responsibilities are explained in the privacy notice.

2. Scope of these terms

Please read these terms when using the site. They set out the permitted use of the pages, images, text and other material we make available. You may save a copy for reference. If you do not wish to use the site on this basis, you can stop using it and contact us by telephone or email instead.

These website terms do not create a holiday booking, replace a supplier’s booking conditions or change rights you have under a separate contract.

3. Access and availability

The public site is available without a website access charge. You arrange your own internet connection and suitable device. Your network provider may charge for data or calls.

Maintenance, hosting issues and other interruptions can affect access. We may change pages or temporarily withdraw a feature, and cannot promise that every page will always be available. If you cannot reach information you need, please contact us. A website interruption does not cancel an existing booking or prevent you from using the assistance details in your booking documents.

4. Travel enquiries and bookings

An enquiry, example itinerary or displayed offer is an invitation to discuss a trip. It is not confirmation that travel arrangements have been reserved. Before you commit, the relevant price, availability, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation conditions must be confirmed.

Your booking documents identify the contracting supplier, the capacity in which the agent acts, the applicable conditions and any financial protection. Different parts of a trip can have different providers. Do not assume that every arrangement has the same protection: check the confirmation and any certificate supplied.

Give accurate traveller information and tell us about material changes promptly. Please read the booking documents carefully and raise any discrepancy. The consequences of changes or cancellation are set out in the applicable booking conditions, rather than these website terms.

5. Website information

Our destination pages and photographs help you explore ideas. Images are illustrative unless expressly identified as a particular bookable property or service. We take reasonable care with published information, but destinations, facilities, schedules and prices can change.

Prices are correct at the time of posting and subject to availability; terms and conditions apply. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE). If we identify an error, we will clarify it before a booking is confirmed. This wording does not override a confirmed contract or statutory rights.

Check travel requirements for your nationality, itinerary and circumstances, including passports, visas, health requirements and insurance. Current FCDO travel advice provides country information. General website content cannot assess every traveller’s medical, legal or insurance needs; obtain appropriate specialist advice where needed.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our privacy notice explains how personal information is handled and how to contact ITE about your rights. Our cookie policy describes the current site’s security technologies and notice preference.

Reading these terms or browsing the site is not consent to optional marketing or tracking. Where consent is needed for a feature, it must be requested separately.

7. Acceptable use

Use the website to explore travel and communicate with us lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, send fraudulent or threatening messages, interfere with other visitors, overwhelm the site with requests, or seek access to systems or information you are not authorised to use.

Automated access must respect applicable law, published access restrictions and the operation of the service. Do not harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing or republish our pages as though they are your own. Legitimate search indexing and ordinary personal browsing are not prohibited by this provision.

8. Content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, photographs, graphics and code may belong to Rocxter or to third parties who permit their use. Copyright and other rights continue to apply. A photograph appearing here is not a grant of permission to use it elsewhere.

You may keep reasonable extracts for your own trip planning, preserving relevant attribution and notices. Commercial republication, brand use or reuse beyond applicable permissions requires the rights holder’s agreement. Where an asset has a separate open licence, that licence governs its permitted reuse. Contact us if you need information about an asset’s source.

9. Security

We use hosting and security services to support the site, but cannot guarantee that an online service will never experience a vulnerability or malicious activity. Keep your device, browser and security software current.

Do not introduce harmful code, attempt to bypass access controls, probe systems without authorisation or disrupt hosting. We may restrict abusive access and refer suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate provider or authority. Please report a suspected security issue using our contact details rather than attempting to exploit it.

This public information site does not require a visitor account. Do not send passwords or payment-card security codes in ordinary enquiries.

10. External services and links

Links can take you to social networks, official guidance or travel suppliers. Those organisations control their own content and services. Review their terms and privacy information when using them. An informational link does not guarantee their content or suggest an endorsement beyond what we expressly state.

Our responsibilities for services we arrange are governed by the applicable booking terms and law. Linking to a supplier does not remove those responsibilities.

11. Linking to Rocxter

You may share links to our public pages in a fair, accurate way. Do not present a link or frame our content so that it falsely suggests a partnership, permission or endorsement. Use of our logo in advertising requires permission. If a page moves, update your link where reasonably possible.

12. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing takes away applicable consumer rights.

Responsibility for an actual loss depends on the applicable law, the cause of the loss and any relevant booking contract. We do not give a blanket guarantee of uninterrupted website access or the continued accuracy of third-party material. Equally, these website terms do not exempt an agent or supplier from obligations that apply to the travel services they provide.

13. Changes and ending use

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to website terms do not retrospectively change a confirmed booking contract.

You can stop using the website at any time. Provisions relevant to earlier use, including rights in content, remain relevant to that use. If a provision is unenforceable, the other provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in exercising a legal right does not by itself give up that right.

14. Applicable law

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes concerning them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts where applicable. Any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

15. Contact and complaints

For website questions, permissions or corrections, email [email protected] or call 0800 054 8522. Messages to this address are forwarded to our ITE email account.

For a service concern, follow our complaints procedure and any instructions supplied with your booking. Privacy requests should follow the contact route in our privacy notice.
